Any business can SAY they offter great service at honest prices, but we prefef to let our customers speak for themselves.

Jeff,
Thank you for the awesome service and honest business, with reliable information. Thank you for being honest about my car and that you weren’t trying to sell me something I didn’t need.

Thanks,

Tiffany

Dar Sean and Staff,
You guys are awesome! Many thanks for your hard work on my car! I’ll be back!

Kendra Whittaker
P.S. I’ll love referring people to you! Get preparing for a huge crowd!

Robbie:
Thanks for being fair and honest with me and not fixing something that wasn’t broken! I was referred to you and will do the same. I’ll be back anytime I need front end or brake work and will tell my friends to do the same.

Thanks Again,

Roger Helsn

Thank you again for your honesty you portrayed when replacing my brakes. My passport is running great, thank you for a job will done. There are no more shops like yours left in this world—your one of a kind. May your business continues to grow. You can count on my referrals.

Thanks Again!

Dear Scott,
I want to say thank you, and that I appreciate the way you do business. I brought two cars over to you to see if they needed alignments. I was told both cars were fine and there was no charge. I was surprised, because it always seems that people will fix things, even if they’re not broken, just to make a couple of dollars. Your people were honest and treated me with respect. You’ve earned a customer for life. You’ll have my business whenever I need your services in the future and I will also tell my friends. Again, thank you for the way you do business and I hope it brings you much success.

Sincerely,

Dale Vance

To whom it may concern,
I recently had my alignment adjusted by your staff and would like to commend them on a job well done. Specifically, Joe and Gabe greeted me with a smile and answered any questions I had quickly and honestly. They were also the two individuals who adjusted my alignment. They let me watch the entire process and got the job done quickly and in good spirits. I feel that these two employees should be recognized for their good attitudes, customer service, and customer satisfaction. Thanks to them, my truck now runs and handles the best it ever has.

Sincerely,

Paul Phail

Dear John,
I can’t say enough about you & your team at Network Alignment. As a returning customer on Saturday, February 5, 2005 you worked on my 1996 Ford F250 that was under warranty from a local shop that installed a 6-inch lift kit and 37 inch tires. After 3 unsuccessful attempts by Desert Rat Off Road to align my truck I turned to you for help. Your team quickly found the root cause of my problems and set out to resolve it. This task turned out to be a lot more work than originally planned. Eight hours to be exact. Not many places today, are not only honest, but also willing to work hard. During my stay with your team I not only received 100% from them but so did every customer that come through the door. There were at least 20 customers that came into the store that day, some from out-of-town. All of them were treated as well as I a returning customer, was. There was a young couple that came in 45 minutes before closing from Michigan. Their van was in need of brakes and it looked like they were living in the vehicle, possible moving here. Your team was there to jump to the challenge at closing time. They were still trying to get parts at the end of their day to make the repairs to get them on their way. They took time from their personal and family life to help this couple. John, Dave, Wayne and your team have exceeded not only my expectations for quality service, but also every customer you came in contact with that day.

Keep up the great work,

Jim McGillivary

Dear Ed and all the Management at Network Alignment & Brakes,
I’ve been dealing with auto shops for 28 years. Because of this and my love of cars, I have learned a bit about how engines work and how to keep them working. For the past six to seven years I have been bringing my vehicles to your shop and here are the reasons:

  1. I have never been told by your personnel that my car needs any work that my car didn’t really need. How do I know this? You have never told me of ANY extra work that was needed. Auto shops in general are known for this unscrupulous tactic.

  2. Every time you’ve worked on my vehicles, the work was done properly and timely. At other shops, you can count on being without your car for days or weeks. And dealerships can be impossible to deal with.

  3. Your shop has worked on my vehicles and not charged me a cent. And I expect to pay for work done. To top it off, you have even refused payment on more than one occasion. An example is my first visit. I brought my Toyota 4Runner to you Mesa shop for a brake job. Three months down the road, the truck started pulsating when braking. I brought it back into remedy the problem. I was told politely (and not accusingly) that sometimes if a vehicle has been hauling a heavy trailer, the brakes can overheat and warp the rotors. I admitted that indeed trailer hauling was the case. You staff worked on the truck for approximately 2 hours and to my surprise, I was told, “no charge.” My offer to pay was refused and I was told that they adjusted the rear brakes and that "could" have been missed on the first visit. Again, I reminded them of the trailer hauling we had done (without trailer brakes) and insisted on paying for services. “No charge.” I am not used to arguing with mechanics this way. I have been accustomed to fighting over bills for work that was not authorized, being overcharged and charged for work done incorrectly or not at all.

  4. Your staff is a pleasure to deal with. Even good mechanics and shop owners can be hard to talk to, especially if you’re a woman. It can be intimidating and sometimes downright hostile. In the past, I have been treated coldly and abruptly when I asked simple questions and treated rudely when I questioned the “necessary” work.
Your manner of doing business is an absolute Godsend for me. My only wish is that you couple perform ALL the work my vehicles will ever need. And the truth is, your shop has done work that I have requested (pleaded) that was not in you specialization. And for that and all your endeavors, I thank you all tremendously! Please stay in business for the rest of my life at least.

Sincerely,
Carla Gonzales

From the Gilbert Times
    It’s just a rumor but…Rumors
There is no such thing as an honest mechanic. I thought for sure my brakes were going to go out at any second, so I took my car to Network Alignment & Breaks on Gilbert Road to have my brakes done. After a free break inspection, they determined my breaks didn’t need to be replaced, and I was on my way. When it is time to get my brakes done, I will definitely be back. I know they won’t see me something I don’t need. Thanks, guys!
