Evening Jack, I wanted to take a moment and thank you kindly for the fantastic customer experience you and your team provided. Extremely above and beyond from what I've been used to with previous organizations. It was the best car issue situation experience and outcome I've had in my brief 37 years.. Patient, understanding, never rushing – just a true professional (its getting rarer and rarer unfortunately) and most importantly you delivered a safe vehicle back to me. Your craftsmanship was reviewed thoroughly and with complete satisfaction by whom referred your organization to me – he's no slouch with mechanical acumen.
I'm not the fastest person in the world to pay a written compliment to someone, but you deserve it. Also, another gold star - I spoke with 3 other associates with your outfit during the course and they all demonstrated the same sincerity ,eagerness-to-help and professionalism. It's apparent that your management style is inclusive with your team. You're a smart leader plainly. Please keep up the great work!
It is a pleasure to introduce myself to you. I want to Thank Jack and Brent and of course the mechanic team for the most honest, sincere, workmanship and fairness any automotive repair company can offer.
These Gentleman have always taken the time to explain the best options for my car repair situations with respect to our families needs. These include financial and alternative solutions.
Thank you for having Jack and Brent as the friends I can go to for trusted advice and a professional concern.
You guys are fantastic!!!
In a day where you have to watch over your shoulder when having automotive work done or assessed, Network Automotive Professionals are straight forward, knowledgable and certainly worthy of hire.
Regardless of your auto needs, make these guys your first call. It will be your last.
Network truly made my day today. I used to bring my car here years ago for alignments. So, after hitting a curb and flattening two tires yesterday, I was a frustrated driver. I ended up taking it to a different shop on the other side of town (since it's close to me), and was told that I needed to replace one of my control arms and struts, as well as a possible bent rear axle. Ugh! I decided to give these guys a call and get a second opinion. Mike was very helpful over the phone and even more helpful and friendly when I arrived (giving me a better quote than the one I had told him about, and even putting a guarantee that I would be happy with the specific Monroe suspension parts compared to dealer suspension parts). I decided to leave my car there for a few hours. Mike called me with two different updates, the second awesome update being almost when I was getting dropped back off by a friend. We spoke in person about what they found (Ryan the technician was great as well), and it definitely changed my frown upside down! They were very clear with what they found and extremely straight forward and honest. They ended up only having to replace my left front strut and do an alignment. My out the door total came to a couple hundred bucks less than what they quoted me, due to less parts and labor...thanks to them. I'd like to mention the HONEST word again! Yep! Awesome customer service and integrity! It's tough to find that these days. I will return when car work is needed.
Any business can SAY they offer great service at honest prices, but we prefer to let our customers speak for themselves.
Thank you for the awesome service and honest business, with reliable information. Thank you for being honest about my car and that you weren’t trying to sell me something I didn’t need.
Dear Sean and Staff,
You guys are awesome! Many thanks for your hard work on my car! I’ll be back!
P.S. I’ll love referring people to you! Get preparing for a huge crowd!
Thank you again for your honesty you portrayed when replacing my brakes. My passport is running great, thank you for a job will done. There are no more shops like yours left in this world—your one of a kind. May your business continues to grow. You can count on my referrals.
I want to say thank you, and that I appreciate the way you do business. I brought two cars over to you to see if they needed alignments. I was told both cars were fine and there was no charge. I was surprised, because it always seems that people will fix things, even if they’re not broken, just to make a couple of dollars. Your people were honest and treated me with respect. You’ve earned a customer for life. You’ll have my business whenever I need your services in the future and I will also tell my friends. Again, thank you for the way you do business and I hope it brings you much success.
Dear Ed and all the Management at Network Alignment & Brakes,
I’ve been dealing with auto shops for 28 years. Because of this and my love of cars, I have learned a bit about how engines work and how to keep them working. For the past six to seven years I have been bringing my vehicles to your shop and here are the reasons:
1. I have never been told by your personnel that my car needs any work that my car didn’t really need. How do I know this? You have never told me of ANY extra work that was needed. Auto shops in general are known for this unscrupulous tactic.
2. Every time you’ve worked on my vehicles, the work was done properly and timely. At other shops, you can count on being without your car for days or weeks. And dealerships can be impossible to deal with.
3. Your shop has worked on my vehicles and not charged me a cent. And I expect to pay for work done. To top it off, you have even refused payment on more than one occasion. An example is my first visit. I brought my Toyota 4Runner to you Mesa shop for a brake job. Three months down the road, the truck started pulsating when braking. I brought it back into remedy the problem. I was told politely (and not accusingly) that sometimes if a vehicle has been hauling a heavy trailer, the brakes can overheat and warp the rotors. I admitted that indeed trailer hauling was the case. You staff worked on the truck for approximately 2 hours and to my surprise, I was told, “no charge.” My offer to pay was refused and I was told that they adjusted the rear brakes and that "could" have been missed on the first visit. Again, I reminded them of the trailer hauling we had done (without trailer brakes) and insisted on paying for services. “No charge.” I am not used to arguing with mechanics this way. I have been accustomed to fighting over bills for work that was not authorized, being overcharged and charged for work done incorrectly or not at all.
4. Your staff is a pleasure to deal with. Even good mechanics and shop owners can be hard to talk to, especially if you’re a woman. It can be intimidating and sometimes downright hostile. In the past, I have been treated coldly and abruptly when I asked simple questions and treated rudely when I questioned the “necessary” work.
Your manner of doing business is an absolute Godsend for me. My only wish is that you couple perform ALL the work my vehicles will ever need. And the truth is, your shop has done work that I have requested (pleaded) that was not in you specialization. And for that and all your endeavors, I thank you all tremendously! Please stay in business for the rest of my life at least.
From the Gilbert Times
It’s just a rumor but…Rumors
There is no such thing as an honest mechanic. I thought for sure my brakes were going to go out at any second, so I took my car to Network Alignment & Brakes on Gilbert Road to have my brakes done. After a free break inspection, they determined my brakes didn’t need to be replaced, and I was on my way. When it is time to get my brakes done, I will definitely be back. I know they won’t sell me something I don’t need. Thanks, guys!
